V-Sync attempts this by holding the FPS at your monitor's refresh rate. Unfortunately V-Sync causes input lag, so this option is not always preferable.
I got a GTX 770 2GB . I reinstalled League because it is known to help improve FPS. I now get 150~ FPS at start of match, 80-110~ after laneing commences. Used to get 290~300 FPS at start and 250~ when laneing starts. :( I regret the reinstall. I get the same FPS no matter what graphic settings.

During Laning Phase I have like 100 Fps (low Imo?) which drops to 20-30 during Teamfights. All my Hard- and Software is up to date and this is bothering for quite some time now (start season 5).
